Possible electrical issue?

I have a 2004 Mach 1 with a pro charger. Whenever it rains and only when it rains it will start to shut down at a certain RPM 3-4 like it is starved for fuel? If you don't punch it it won't cut out. After it has dried out it runs perfect. Obviously, something is getting wet but what? Help

Just some ideas if no codes can help direct you to the area: Try with some tap or slightly salted water mist spraying areas (engine cooler side if at all possible) if you can duplicate the problem and at least know where. Reason for tap or salted water is it conducts some electricity as does rain water. Distilled water or too clean really doesn't, T
