S10 headlights/fuseblock Sign In

1998 Chevy S10 pickup 2.2L has DRL but no low beams. Replaced the bulbs , still no low beams. I could probably figure this out if i had a picture of the under the hood fuse block. We can see the fuse block was tampered with when we took it in for a starting problem, and never
drove the truck at night to notice the lack of low beams. Now the repair shop is closed and I'm trying to trace what they did as I see a ground wire leading to the fuse block that has been spliced in that obviously wasn't factory. I pulled up Auto Zones chassis schematic from one of your earlier posts advice, and it might be as simple as the dark blue lead to the right high and low beam. The fuse block diagram is inside the cover but I'm looking for any experienced heads up as to if there is a relay or ckt breaker or fuse I'm missing. Fuse in the cab is OK.
Thank you

If you have the wiring diagram, that will identify the power source and location. If you are having trouble identifying which fuse is which, here is a diagram for tthat.
