not sold here. Seeing its a 2014 I would suspect some warranty coverage.

What you do in that case is just use a test light and test all of them.

We don't have that car in the US so we have no info on it.

Sometimes the owners manual has fuse listing and locations.

True - owner's manual should say which fuse covers the lighter(s) and maybe something else? Check.

Question out of the blue: Was this "Van" type vehicle possibly sold totally stripped - no extras not even finished inside as in for a total work van? It's possible someone added a lighter AKA power port and a spot was there and has an inline fuse either now old type in plastic holder with glass fuse or spade type holder OR to a open spot of close fuse box then added marked IGN for ignition or BAT for full time power for battery?

Not sold here but there are still vehicles sold to be as plain as possible intended to be altered - this type to a camper or work van so not all messed up with features until later or many at all.

Just a though on why if you can't find a fuse if done properly it would have one in line.
One more wild arse guess: Is the reason you think it doesn't work the item you are using? 99% have a fuse in the plug end of those! Check it in another or test the socket it may be working and you don't know it,
