I am having a problem with my 1996 chevy blazer s-10. My turn signal lights do not come on; it does not even come on in the dashboard. (Like when the light is out, the turn signal will blink really fast) Mine does not even come on at all. NOrmally when you turn the signal, you can hear a blink, blink. But when I turn my signal, I can not even hear anything. Also when I turn on my lights, the dashboard is suppose to light up, mine does not. I tried looking for the fuse that has this and I changed the fuse but I thought there is suppose to be a fuse box inside the engine. I can not find it. Can someone help me with some ideas that might cause these problems? Thnx.

Two great tools for this: The owner's manual for fuse locations and a silly 12V scratch awl type test light - with the wire and aligator clip at the end. You can check for power at both sides of a fuse while in place. If no power then you need to look further as to why. I don't think the under hood fuses are that selective to just turn signals but could be wrong. They can be checked the same way. Good luck, Hope it's just simple,
