Volkswagen rear lights

First off, the car: Volkswagen Golf '98, not sure 'bout the engine size, ~115.000 km. Now the problem: I've unfortunately no one to blame for this but myself, as I was replacing faulty brake light bulbs in the rear and thought I'd just replace all of them since I was messing around back there in the first place. However, in my naivete I just pulled one bulb out and bought 6 of those, and threw the old ones away. Now this apparently blew a fuse, since the indoor(incar?) lights don't function, and I can't open the windows. The turn and reverse indicator lights still work, but no other lights. I've been told that I need some specific bulbs for each rear light, but I can't find any source of information about this. Could you help me find out what types of light bulbs I need ? Or maybe that's not the problem at all ? In any case, I hope you guys can help me out.

Could be a bad socket. Correct bulbs I would go OE for intensity as they did show more power full ones that I just looked up. Remove the bulbs, replace the blown fuse and see if it blows again with no bulbs installed as a test. Hey - they sell funky bulbs but the OE one listed I found is this for brake lights or called stop lights........... There are other brands but this is a common brand, T
