I have a 97 concord with the 3.5 driving down road in rain storm car just dies . radio, widows, every thing works but the car wont start. no fuel pressure no spark. fuses in passenger compartment ok. I beleive in the engine compartment what I found is the power distrabuting center. there is a 20 amp fuse labeled engine control is blown lost on where to go from here

1st thing to do would be to replace the fuse and see if the car starts. If the fuse blows right away then you have a short. You would need to get a wiring diagram and check all circuits that go to that fuse and then start tracing it down. If the fuse doesn't blow, then look at the diagram and check all the components that go to that fuse and see if any show signs of water getting on the connectors, also check the connectors of the wiring harnesses to see if water has been gettting on them...
