my daughter has 1995 honda civic and every time you use the turnsignals or whipers or put the car in or out of park the radio turns off then on and the rpm gauge and speedometer flicker up and down. the battery is good the conections are clean the alternator is working and the grounds that i could find seem good. any help sure would be welcome.

Just an idea for testing or fix: Just had one with similar bizzarre stuff like that and I think you are correct about the grounding thing. I would add ground with jumper clipped wire to dash metal to known good body metal and it may solve this. There are other grounds you might see underhood from engine to body or battery to body that also count. Make sure all is simply and well grounded. They sell braided eyelet end ground straps in assorted lengths which are handy if you wish to just add one if testing works and you don't care to tear the whole car apart finding where the original failed. What may be right now is there's only a tricke of ground and anything used is taking it up disabling other items that need it too. Check what should be grounded metal by back powering a test light with power and it lights when ground is touched. For a stronger ground/test jumper battery neg to body with regular jumper cables can work too and a stronger connection. Bet you find that's the trouble inside or underhood, T
