lost about a computer i found

I found this computer out of a car today just sitting on the ground on the ground at the junkyard but i have no idea what it really is. Its made by Delco Electronics and the SERV NO. 16228016 and the HDW NO. 16204850 Just wanna know what it is. Ive been staring at it for atleast 2 hours and still lost over it please help!

Stop losing sleep over it and throw it in the garbage can. It's worthless.
