rv brake controler Sign In

I have purchased a 95 surburban to pull my travel trailer and am attempting to put the brake controller box from my 92 F-250 into the Surburban without installation instructions that must have been thrown away a couple of years ago. I have everything hooked up except the wire I had hooked to the brake light that activates the box under braking.Do you have any idea where and what color the wire is on this Surburban. It came with a plug prewired from the factory but had never been used and I located the power wire and "brake to plug" wire on the firewall so I am assuming this should be easy also if I could onty locate the last wire. Thanks

I'm not sure you can use this from a 92 to a 96. You really should be contacting the manufacturer of the controller. ABS plays a part here and that's a concern, T
