I have a 77 f-150 4x4 4-speed with a 351m. the truck runs and drives fine. when I turn the key back like to the acc a wire going from the solenoid to the starter wire and im guessing the ignition wire burns up everytime but only does this when i turn the key back. all the wires are factory ive taken all the wiring harness apart and no breaks or bare spot. except for the wire burning. also ive had two new alternators and a new battery and the battery isnt charging everthing is hooked up according to my manual?

I would suspect the ignition switch may be causing some trouble here. As for your alternator, check for power at the field coil wire. No juice there and it won't put out a thing. Also, what condition is the cable between alt and battery in? If original its 33 years old and would be a good idea to replace with a good new one.
