 I have been having a problem with the tail lights on my 97 monte carlo for several months now they will not turn on unless i use the brakes..its not a fuse, or the bulb..i've checked them ..i heard i may need i new steering column which sounds a lil extreme..please i really need sum help i cant drive at night and i keep getting tickets.i also had an accident which the passenger side headlight was busted but there was no harm to the bulb ..i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
