My turb signals has a dead short somewhere tried flasher not that not the trailer lights either

J; Can you be more specific as to what's going on? Do the turn signals or hazard flashers work, at all? Do they come on, but not flash? I've run into some really weird ones....a filiment in a bulb lying across the other filiment...ect. Combination switch problems are very common, but..... Be as specific as possible.
