I have a 2002 F-150 40000mi the check engine came on scanner showed a P0405 code any idea's of what I can check first

The code is for low voltage from the EGR position sensor. The flow chart for diagnosing this code consists of 120 tests although all of them do not have to be run. The file is too big to post here but i'll try to upload it as an attachment. I had to break it into 3 parts
