i have a 2006 chrysler sebring 2.4engine it will turn over but won't start.i came up with code p1607 internal shutdown timer rationality can someone please help me find out what this code means ?

Usally a code you get when you have a internal problem with PCM (computer). You might want to take it to a dealer so they can use proper scanner see if this is a hardware or software issue.
