Is the check engine light coming on at all? If so, get the codes read and post the numbers here.

Yes The Engine Is On. And As I Said,The Code That Came Up Was The Maf Too Lean. P0171 And P0174. We Just Unplugged It Drove Around And Ofc STill A Bit Of.trouble But Drove Better And Didn't Die On Me Like It Normally Does, So Now We're Pretty Positive ThaT It Is The Maf.

No, those codes don't mean the MAF is too lean. They mean the computer has attempted to correct a lean mixture situation and has reached it's adaptive limits. Nothing says the MAF is the cause.

On a Ford, nine out of ten times it's due to a severe vacuum leak. Check all ther rubber connectors and hoses, especially feeding the PCV valve.

When We Took It Into The Mechanic, He Gave Me Those Codes Again, Then Said The MAF Was Bad And That The Evap Emissions Sensor Is Bad Also, And If It Isn't The Maf, Then Why Is My Car Driving Better Without Plugged In Then When It Is Plugged In? Just Curious Cause That Confuses Me.

The computer is able to use back up strategies when the MAF is unplugged. It substitutes numbers based off the TPS and engine rpm if it loses the MAF input.

Your right. Usually, if it runs better with it unplugged, then that is an indicator of a MAF issue. The MAF should still be tested because the MAF also needs power, ground, and good input circuit to the PCM to function correctly.
