'07 Mercedes Misfire

Hi All, I have a 2007 C280 Mercedes with 160,000 miles, and a couple of weeks ago, I was pulling up to a stop sign and the car shuddered violently and the engine light came on and the car started shaking. I pulled the codes: Cylinder 6 misfire and Crankshaft position sensor. The misfire occurs maybe 15 seconds after starting the engine, while idling. The shaking (misfiring) is much better at higher speeds. I swapped the coil packs and spark plugs around, with no change, and replaced the wiring. I didn't believe it was the crankshaft sensor, so I took it to the dealer to try and diagnose it. On the way to the dealer, the car shuddered violently again, all the warning lights came on briefly, and then the car started running very smoothly with no misfires. However, after I parked at the dealer, the car would start again, indicating the CKS, so the dealer replaced the crankshaft sensor. Now the car starts again, but the misfiring is back. The dealership has no idea, so I came looking for help. Asking around, the valve springs on these cars apparently have a tendency to wear early, so could this be the case? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

The misfire stayed at the original cylinder, sorry.
