I have a 1990 Toyota Camry, 4 cyl with 235,000 miles. I bought it with about 215K, and it has run like a top since. The past 2 days were very cold, but the car ran fine. I drive 50 miles each way to work, and this morning, I got about 1/2 mile to work and the car just died. The check engine and oil lights came on and it was dead. It would still turn over, but just wouldn't start. I checked all the fluids, and oil and antifreeze is full. It's got a full tank of gas as well... Any idea what this may be? If it's something easy, i'd like to try before I pay a hefty tow bill to get it back to my mechanic. Thanks, Mike

If you can.... determine whether spark or fuel is missing - could be both. It uses a timing belt also and if that is unknown as to how old it is that could be an issue. Not sure for each engine but some when completely broken will crunch up valves and pistons also called an interference engine which make tending to those all the more important, T
