Robert; When you turn your ignition key to the crank position, you get nothing? Not even a click? Do the dash warning lights come on? (oil light, battery light, ect.). Raise the hood and make sure that you didn't lose a fan belt. If it is in place, check the battery connections. GMs use side post battery cables. They can be corroded on the inside and look perfectly fine on the outside. Disconnect the negative cable, first, then the positive cable. You'll notice that there is a bolt that goes through an eyelet on the cable to connect it to the battery. Take the bolt out of the cable and clean inside, very thouroughly. Baking soda and a little water works well. Even some emery cloth, steel wool, sandpaper, ect. Then, connect the positive cable first, then the negative and give it a try. If you have a voltmeter, you can check to see if the battery is charged or has gone low due to faulty connections. A fully charged 12V battery should have 13.2V, but if above 12V or so, it should start the engine. If this isn't the problem, give us as much detailed info that you can. Loren SW Washington
