1997 DODGE NEON WONT START, HAS GOOD FUEL PRESSURE, REPLACED FUEL PUMP AND FILTER LESS THAN 6 MOS AGO.IT HAS DIED 3 TIMES GOING DOWN THE ROAD BUT HAS STARTED BACK UP AFTER IT SAT FOR A FEW MINUTES. I PARKED THE CAR LAST SATURDAY , AFTER DRIVING IT HOME FROM WORK AND IT WOULDN'T START MONDAY. I HAVE NOT CHECKED TO SEE IF IT WAS FIRING BUT I WAS TOLD IT COULD ALSO BE A CAM SENSOR OR A CRANK SENSOR . WHICH SHOULD I CHECK FIRST ?

Also scan the engine computer for trouble codes. Most Chrysler products will set cam or crank codes if the engine computer doesn't get a signal during starting.
