Have the electrical system checked for parasitic draw; there maybe an electrical device that is drawing power, although everything seems to be turned off.
Try disconnecting the battery at the end of the day; if it starts in the morning; you’ll know something is killing the battery overnight?

When this happens, have you tried tapping on the starter with a small hammer? Might shock the starter if it's stopped in a "dead" zone.
