This is my Father's tracker, who recently passed away. He had some work done on it by a mechanic friend (rebuilt a head, I believe). It ran beautifully about six to eight months ago, I'm told. Here's the video of us trying to start it. http://youtu.be/K_VzVEMwLqw Currently though, it's not starting. I put some fresh fuel in it, and the oil and spark plugs are all pretty fresh looking. We sprayed some engine starter into the thing, trying to get a spark out of the thing, but it's still not going. It seems like it's very close to turning all the way over sometimes. We've given it a little gas even, (in this video, we tried giving it a little more, as you can see from the moving throttle.) Is there something I'm missing? Does anybody have any experience with these little engines?

Have you checked for spark using a spark tester? Check for injector pulse with a NOID light. Does the check engine light bulb check when you turn the ignition on? Are there any trouble codes stored in the ECU? Sounds like it has compression. Pumping the gas pedal on a fuel injected engine is pointless. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
