Hey, took it into a mechanic and they said it's ~$600 to fix the wiring damage that the guy caused to three of the spark plugs...Apparently they have to replace all three of the ignition coils+the labour. I think he priced the coils at a little over $110. He also priced a (new) headlight set (headlight was kicked in on passenger side) for $450 and I picked up a used one just now for $50. The engine starts but sounds something awful, and it's pretty clear it's only running on 3 cylinders. Can barely move up hills. There appears to be something missing on the top, and the mechanic said the radiator hose (unrelated to the vandalizing) needs to be replaced because it's nearly rusted through. They also threw away the coolant cap. Pictures of the engine are provided below. Total price he gave me was $1375 for radiator hose, headlight, fix coils, wiring kit, and coolant cap. So I left my car downtown one night and they broke the headlight. They also got under the hood and ripped up some wires that connect to the spark plugs. The mechanic quoted me approximately $600 in repair for just the wires (and apparently 3 ignition coils). I'm just wondering if this is reasonable, and if all coils have to be replaced? They ripped up the wires next to the spark plugs on most of them, as can be seen from the pics. he quoted $450 for the headlight as well (uninstalled), and $1375 to replace the radiator hose which he says is almost rusted through, headlight, replace the coolant overflow cap, and fix the wiring stuff. I'm not sure what's missing on the top but he seemed to think that was just rust? For now I'm just repairing the spark plugs for $600... then bringing it to my dad's (trusted) mechanic. Spark Plugs Left Hand Side (passenger) Top of Engine Part Missing? Spark Plugs Right Hand Side (driver) engine

Your best bet is to take your pitures , BTW good thinking on taking them to document damage . Anywho , take your pics to a local salvage yard . A you pull it type place would be perfect . Compare pics with actual eng . and get what you need dont forget connectors , label and cut off with about 6-12 inch pigtail . The world wants to know ,why did they just rip up eng compartment and not steal whole car?Piss someone off? Just curious. LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH

That tube does go to something. Heater hoses on the back side of the motor. Those housings are common for leaks, the tube from the housing runs under the plenum. I see a p/s reservoir cap missing. Did I win?????
