2005 ford 150 5.4 check gauges rough idle no oil pressure

2005 ford 150 5.4 check gauges rough idle no oil pressure Sign In

so it all started when the truck stoppes while driving. then sat for a week then went ahead and changed the starter which got her running but now shes running rough and says check gauges and shows no oil pressure also had both codes for cam postion sensore so i changes those still showing check gauges and running rough with no power when acclerating. im at a lose at this point as ive changed everything that popped a code but still no fix any suggestings or help would be appreciated thanks.

OK, I'll ask the obvious. Did you check the oil level?

yes it is full but defiently needs an oil change

Full if correct is good. Cheapo oil way overdue is your fault can and will ruin an engine,

You have no idea how much damage you can do by not changing your oil in a car with variable valve timing. You’re probably plugged up some of the passages in the oil pressure sensor now my advice should be to change the oil immediately.

Past time to think new- good used engine. Have it your way "Burger King" a hard lesson you won't forget the cost of!
