91 olds cutlass ciera 4 door sedan L4 2.5L engine over 176,000 miles. will not start. went
to go to the store and it will not start. i managed to pull 3 of the
plugs which are rusty and green and the 4th broke. the shop that did the
tuneup 3 years ago never changed them. how do i check if there is fuel
were is the fuel rail and how do i test without a fuel gauge. the oil
filter is rusty and won't budge shop said they would need to drop oil
pan to access it. it stalled a few times Friday and was a real p.i.t.a
to restart. but 3 of the 4 plugs have spark unable to test 4th right now
will get plugs later.

Yikes - tune up without plugs and a rusted oil filter! Doesn't bode well for much maintenance. Plugs and wires will have to go by the sounds of what you wrote. Find a shop as needed to remove the oil filter and do that service as unless there's something that I can't see it should be removable without taking down oil pan. Fuel pressure is check with a fuel pressure checking gauge from port on the fuel rail. Some parts outlets will rent them for a deposit or just have that done along with all the late maintenance if you plan to keep this car at all, T
