94 pontiac firebird loss of power

I got a 1994 firebird 3.4l V6, it wase running ok and all of a sudden it feels like im pulling a load/trailer there is a loss of power when i go to accelerate, and the car starts to shake when i cruse like at 45mph. i got new plugs and plug wires. im pruty shure it's in the engine cuse when i rev the engine in neutral i feel the lag

Any codes to help? Did old plugs look uniform? The "all of a sudden" part makes me think there is a fuel pressure/volume problem. Exhaust restriction robs power but that's usually smooth about it, T

its a obd1 but i cant get no codes the computer wont reply back. it neaver did i got 3 ecm for it. there wase nuthing odd about the plugs all were good.

Ok: I'd move on to fuel pressure check and check out exhaust restriction, T
