hey, my friend drive a 1995 chevy lumina LS V6 3.1L, 4doors, front wheels drive. ther's arubber pipe link from #1 to #2 get tear. thers another rubber pipe link from #3 to some where, i search very hard to find where i conect it, its too small place to search in it, i didn't find it if any one know please tell me. ther's another problem in water system the plastic water tank on #6 ther's asmall hole can i stick it by epoxy steel, in my '83 caprice with copper radiator i stick with epoxy steel without problem, in plastic one can i stick it or i have to replace it with new one. *#1 steel pipe bring water from water pump to air-conditioned heating system. *#2 hole to attach arubber pipe on it. *#3 hole to attach arubber pipe on it. *#4 air condition gas pipe. *#5 air condition gas pipe. *#6 plastic water tank on radiator, passenger side. *#7 plastic water tank on radiator, driver side. _________________________________________ I'm chasing to freedom in new york city.

That diagram looks like you may have drawn it yourself, it's close but not accurate... The heater hose connection you are looking for (#3) is right down there by the #1 connection, just a little deeper, just follow the hose & you'll find it.... As far as the radiator leaking. As you know those tanks are now plastic & not metal like the old ones. The old ones could be soldered to repair a leak. These plastic radiators need to be replaced. You could try to epoxy it but it's a crapshot and odds are it will leak again due to the pressures in the system.......
