I own a 96 Lexus ES300 V6 and have a major fuel leak around the engine. The leak appears to be coming from the top rear of the engine from a cap on the end of a fuel rail. This is a clear / cream colored plastic cap that is on the end of this fuel rail.

Don't have specifics for this car but that sounds lots like the port for checking/service for fuel pressure. It should have a Shrader (like tires do but could be a different size type) that has probably been damaged or not returning to locked shut after a test or service. May need to replace the Shrader and cap as that probably should hold tight but no promises if that alone will and shouldn't be the only way to stop the fuel leaking, T
