I replaced the thermostat a couple months ago and it improved the overheating problem but the car still gets hot at long traffic lights. It also gets very hot (into the yellow) each morning before coming down to a normal range. I pulled the thermostat out last week hoping that it was just bad, (boiled it and it was fine). Reinstalled the thermostat, no improvement since. This weekend I replaced both radiator hoses and waterpump. Car is still overheating. The only thing left I can think of is the radiator.

The radiator and fan are critical to this. Fan must work on time. If just one fan in this it should be on with A/C or defrost request. If two one may wait but you should be sure they are working as designed,

One fan, and it is working properly, what are my options with the radiator?

You could try flushing it out if it looks real good. If it's corroded in or out a new one is the best option,
