97 Camry Overheating Sign In

I have an 07 Toyota camry with fairly high mileage but still runs well. Recently I have been having trouble with overheating. Originally the problem was a bad water pump which was replaced. After a few weeks the problem returned and I even had to replace the radiator since it cracked while the car was running hot. I have also replaced the thermostat. I do not see any obvious signs of a blown head gasket ( no steaming, oil in water or running roughly) Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be? Could it be a damaged head gasket with no obvious signs of that being the problem?

That doesn't mean a thing. It is very likely that the original overheating caused by the water pump has done serious damage. Bad head gaskets or cracked heads can be very difficult to confirm. The only reliable way I know is by using an exhaust analyzer at the radiator to sniff for hydrocarbons. The fact that the radiator cracked is a pretty good indicator that combustion gases are getting into the cooling system and superheating the coolant. You are likely losing coolant over time which causes more overheating when it gets low enough.

what was wrong with the water pump when it was replaced. Was it leaking, or were the blades worn out ( from cavitation)
This is an important part of diagnosing your issue.
