I have a 1987 Camaro Z28 305 with a Rochester 4 barrel carburetor. The auto choke is not working. Is there an adjustment for it? A repair kit?

The short answer to your question is; YES But trying to explain how to do this (in text only) is like trying to explain to someone how to tie their shoe lasses for the first time. It’s a very simple job, after seeing and doing it a couple of times, in person, with an instructor. You would have to know and understand the purpose, function & name of all of the different choke components. Only after knowing that could you begin tweaking the adjustments; because most of the printed “factory” settings would only apply if everything from the engine, ignition system or whatever were also running/working as intended when they were all new. So to save yourself a lot a aggravation, find someone that knows carburetion and let them set it up. Dan. Canadian "EH"
