Hi, I have absolutely no clue about cars. I have a Mitsubishi Lancer '99 model as a first car. It has been in storage for the past year, and I have been running it and taking it for small drives since it's been in storage. The last time I started the engine, it cut out a second after turning over. I look at the gauge and it was on empty. So I fill it with 15 litres of fuel a couple weeks later as it was the earliest I could do it. Car will not start. Battery is new, correct type of fuel, when I turn the key I hear the buzzing from the fuel pump which can be heard for about 3 or for seconds (not sure if that's normal). What could be the problem? Something tells me it's the spark plugs, but I'm not quite confident that's what's wrong.
