Ok, I have a 1997 accent 1.3, car was idle for couple of weeks while i had new keys cut, but cant start it now. So far battery seems fine, charged it, and its fairly new anyway, the plugs are new (and sparking) had top of fuel filter off and petrol pumps through, even tried spraying eths through air intake to see if that would spark it, no luck there. Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

Well if you have spark.. take the cap off filler neck put you ear neer it get someone to turn on key listen for fuel pump.. if you hear it check compression with a tester.. if all that passes see if your fuel rail has a shrader valve(looks like a tire valve steam see pic) (picture from ford mustang 5L) turn key on push valve should release pressurized fuel (watch your face). or rent, borrow, buy a fuel pressure tester so after all that you have fuel (up to injectors), compression and spark so could be electrical issue with injectors No pressure, but you hear pump : pump, blockage Don't here pump, no pressure: pump, electrical (try hitting tank with rubber mallet while somone cranks it.. good way to test faulty pump) no or low compression: broken timing belt or jumped time, or other internal issues hope this helps :) this is first steps to take to point you in the right direction
