Hey, new to the forum. Name is James. I really need some help here. I own a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L V6, she has about 180,000 miles on her but before the problem she was driving smooth. My codes are telling me I have cylinder misfires in the 3rd and fourth cylinder.. I have checked the plugs, and even bought a new coil pack. She also has a mean shake to her. I put fuel injector stabilizer, gas cleaner, and she is still giving me a trouble with accelerating. If you guys have any input even if your not sure if it would help, let me know. THANKS.

First thing you could do to start off is to run a compression check to verify that the cylinders have adequate sealing. Make sure that you disable fuel and spark when performing your test. Let us know the numbers. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
