Last week I had a overheating problem with our sons 2001 malibu. After pressure testing the system I found a small leak in the steel line under the plenum. I repaired the leak and replaced all parts with new gaskets and o- rings on the fuel lines. I think I have the overheating problem fixed can't tell till it runs. The problem is the car won't start now have spark. the fuel line doesn't have much pressure, I think it needs more pressure to make the injectors work, it was running fine before (except the overheating problem) where should I look for a solution? Or what would be the next step..

Go back and look at everything that you unplugged, especially the crank sensor that runs down along the timing cover if that is a 3.1. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
