1992 chevy 1/2 ext cab c1500 v6 4.3L 140000 miles Engine would run rough till warmed up. Replace spark plug. Didn't take care of problem. Took it for a 600 mile drive 11 miles to the gl. Run engine trouble codes 13 22 and 45 came up. Both voltage checks on the TPS & MAP supply side good, backprobe on both way high. What next?

What do you mean way high? What voltage readings were you getting at idle speed?

13 is an oxygen sensor open input. Inspect the O2 harness. Make sure you don't have oil an anything like that leaking all over the o2 sensor. This could also set if the O2 sensor was unplugged.

22 is TPS signal voltage low. What is the signal voltage with the key on? This code could have been set by unplugging the TPS with the key on

45 is another O2 sensor code for showing rich. You'll have to monitor the O2 sensor signal circuit and see what the O2 sensor voltage is up to.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
