My 1992 Navajo will turn over but won't start. It had a bad Battery cable that was replaced along with the starter. Now it will turn over but thats it, now the fuel is backing up in pvc valve and the vacuum lines at the manifold.

O.K....its flooded bad, remove spark plugs, remove fuel pump fuse, disconnect coil, turn engine over 4 to 5 times....dry off spark plugs, let sit about an hour, smell oil stick, if smells like gas change it....too much gas in oil can damage the engine. After everything is put back, try to crank, if it doesn't start check spark plugs for fire.
