I replaced spark plugs on an inline 6 4.0 jeep, and cleaned the throttlebody with a rag and cleaner. Now it has really bad idle and stumbles like its misfireing. but when i accelerate over like 2500 rpm it mostly goes away

If the miss wasn't there before the plug change, the 1st thing I would check would be the firing order. It should be 1 5 3 6 2 4 with a clockwise rotation.

Firing order is a great place to start. Also, did you gap the plugs before install? Also, if there is a lot of sludge around the plugs, it is possible that one plug air gap got filled with sludge preventing spark from arcing across the electrodes?
