Misfire cylinder 4 Sign In

Hello.

I have a Toyota Rav4. 2002-2003 model 2.0L petrol. 230000km (142000miles)

According to my newly bought bluetooth diagnostic tool the car misfire on cylinder 4.
The symptoms are:
-Hesitation when accelerating, particularly uphill.
-It's worse when engine is warm.
-Worse with ac on.
-Worse after a hot restart.
-Fluctuating idle when warm.
-High rpm idle when coldstart, othervise seem to run mostly fine when cold. Not sure this last point has any to do with anything.

I have tried to switch around;
-spark plugs
-ignition coils
-Injectors

This didn't change anything except I found that the ohm on injector number 4 was (0.3-4) higher than the others. But switching them up didn't make a difference on the diagnistic tool, or from what I could observe from the engine.

Any suggestion on how to proceed?

What do you mean by "didn't change anything"?

Did you clear the codes and see if they set to a different cylinder?

Did you do a compression test?

Exactly? Did "misfire" move to another cylinder? If not go for testing that one's compression vs another or the whole test. Gasoline (so it's called-ha) has lousy power for "warmer/hot" weather vs cold just density of air brings out the weak items first.

Hunch: Restricted exhaust or low fuel pressure for this just keep those in mind till you get it,

Thank you both for answers.
Yes I have cleared the codes, still misfire on 4. After switching around injectors the gasket and o-rings needs replacement so i will wait with a compression test until I get those new.

I will update when I know more.
