Is the engine you installed the same year? If not, what year is the engine you installed?

The reason I asked was because the 97 and earlier LN4s had retarded crankshaft trigger wheels.

You should follow HTs recommendation of checking to be sure the PCM is triggering the injectors.

Thanks....I'll get another fuel pump tomorrow. It's still under warranty.

Another one of the same parts will probably have the same results.

Brand name means a lot in these pumps.
