my 92 honda accord stalls out at low speed. while driving there is no problem, but once i slow to about 15-20 mph it stalls out. I starts right back up though with no hesitation. I does have an irratic idle which i think is the IAC or the TPS.

Sounds like IAC (idle air control) Remove and clean, also clean the trottle body and butterfly while your at it, use a good carb cleaner or engine conditioner This problem usually occurs due to city driving, its always best to bring it onto freeway once in a while to open up engine and clean out carbon deposits
