I am having trouble with my Toyota Pickup when i start it in the morning it starts fine and warms up fine. The problem is when the engine has been running for a while and it is warm and i turn it off. When I try to turn it back on the car has problems to get going it starts getting power and turns off my itself and foes not regulate back to normal until after I have driven it for a bit.The car is a Toyota Pickup 1994 3.2 V6

If you have any over due maintenance.....now would be a good time to do it... Have the codes pulled to see if there is any help there..... If you have a scan tool...Look at the data and see what the coolant temp sensor is reading.... Sometimes if one gets skewed and reads to "cold" it will start fine when its cold but start hard when warm due to it using to much gas.....If you see black smoke coming out the exhaust when it does start, that would be a good sign you have a bad sensor or something causing a bad reading...
