Did you send these heads out to a machine shop for testing and reconditioning?

No i just replaced with refurbished head but i used new gaskets etc I thought maybe I didnt have a good seal on gaskets so i am not sure why it is leaking h2o.It was not leaking b4 and I only noticed very small crack between vavles but never had milky oil til i started engine after repair

If you used factory reconditioned heads, I would say it would have to be either a difference in the heads, torques incorrectly, defective heads or a problem with the Intake Manifold gasket.

I have no idea. Somebody missed something and someone is going to have to find it.
