I would start easy simple-
Check engine cooling system- radiator full of coolant, correct thermostat, any work done that may have opened system- could be trapped air.
A little more involved
Is the engine reaching correct temp (ECT) ?
Fans are not on constantly?
Any codes, CEL on?
Is the mode/temp select electric or vacuum?

The temp blend door is electric.
