I have a 2002 GMC envoy. I recently had new breaks, shafts, and some other stuff that goes along with brakes. The front driver's side is making a noise when I drive. It is very loud. I was told it could be inner ti rods, and ball something or other. I'm so tired of pouring money into this car/truck. Can it be all of this a mechanic is saying. I was also told I need an alignment, which I know I do. I am a widow.

Was the noise there before they did the brakes, shafts, and some other stuff?

Can you describe the noise? Does the noise only happen when the vehicle is in motion?

The sound started after I had all the work done. It is like a rattling sound and only does it when the car is in motion. It's like a cheee cheee, if that makes any sense. It seems like the slower I go the louder it is. Thank you

If the noises started after they did the repair, they need to figure out what went wrong. They may have gotten some caliper shims or backing plates rubbing on the front rotors or any number of things done wrong.

You don't pay for them to diagnose a comeback if it was their mistake.
