System pressure is regulated by a pressure cap either on reservoir or the radiator. If a hose is swelling up from wild excessive heat you need to quickly find out why....... Radiator good, fans work when they should, system stays full of coolant in engine not just a tank. If any don't behave you are seriously risking more expensive problems so don't wait. A clue that you are really overheating or low on coolant for any reason is heater will usually fail to blow hot air for you, T
