ok to start i have a 1986 jeep comanche it was given to me... one day a buddy sat on the hood and it started smoking my guess is that both terminals on the batt were touching through the hood so now i need help it will not start wires came loose to i can touch a green wire runs somewhere close to the engine guessing goes to starter but i can touch it to the positive (discovered this not on purpose) and it will turn over it will not start though checked all dash fuses all were replaced (all over them were not bad just felt like it) i was told that i wouldnt start due to the TBI fuel injecter being bad ??? could that do it... act like it wants to start also when the green wire is touching +.... not an expert or nothing but i cant seem to find were 3 of the wires which are loose all together but lets start with this green one... which seems to go to starter any help would be thanked alot
