92 camry 2.2L cranks but wont fire, replaced fuel filter, cap and rotor, and still no fire. Plugs are dry but there is pressure in the fuel filter.

You have to see what you're missing spark or fuel? Have you check to make sure the timing belt is good? Have some one crank the engine & see if the rotor spins......

As Sidom said, what's missing, spark or fuel? Prime throttle body - if it fires up for a couple seconds it's a fuel issue. Check for spark at the plug end of a wire. Just how did you check timing belt? Not if but when was last one done? T

i checked the timing belt by cranking it and seeing if the rotor spins which it was. the last one was done 100,000 miles ago but it still seems to be working properly. its not starting up at all you can just here it trying to but it sounds like its not getting any fuel to a spark but the fuel is atleast making it to the filter....maybe some kind of ingnition problem?

Have you found any spark yet? 100k is way too long for a timing belt. Some snap completely and some may just jump enough so it won't run. Just seeing the rotor turn is inconclusive. Is rotor pointing at #1 when on TDC? I know it's cold now but if compression is uniformly VERY low that's a clue that valve timing is off. Prime and check for spark to see if either makes a reaction otherwise we are just stalled and no clue, T

? It appears to me by the shape of the distributor cap that it's inside. Chances are it's not getting power or a tab to rotor may be the issue.
