I hate my damn car. I left the car parked for 3 months during winter and not being started while I was overseas. When I came back it took me nearly an hour to get it started (battery was fine). I think the problem was condensation in the lines. I added heat a couple times to get rid of the bad gas. The car sputters. While idling it is extremely jerky. With the AC running it gets worse. If I brought it up to max AC while stopped the car will stall. I originally had some bad acceleration problems, but they've gotten better. A few months ago I would floor it and it would take 10 seconds to go from 0-20 and then another 10 seconds for each additional 10 MPH. I changed the PCV Valve for Sh!ts and giggles and added fuel injection cleaner. No improvement. Next I am going to change plugs and wires and the fuel filter to see where that'll get me. Any other suggestions? Am I on the right track?

Definitely change the plugs and wires.
This may sound a little off the wall but check the air filter box and the tube that leads to the throttle body. Little animals love making their home in a vehicle that has been sitting for a long time. I’ve found sensor wires chewed, air box full of seeds, air intake tube chewed through allowing false air to by-pass the mass air flow sensor, it’s amazing how much renovating a mouse can do when they’re setting up house. Like I said off the wall but I’ve seen it happen a lot of times.

Ust my two cents. Cars don't like sitting for that long. The critters love a sitting car as Dan said. The other thing is brakes can rust and actually need to be fixed from sitting. I suggest to anyone have someone drive the car now and then if you must be away. I've seen brand new cars (no miles but a year old) have mega problems from just sitting around.

Moth balls and rat poison bags can help if you are having a critter problem,
