04 Malibu LS starting problem

Having starting problems with an 04 chevy malibu ls still under warranty. Occasionally turn the key and it won't start, panel lights up, radio turns on, won't turn over. Not like a starter when it's dead, no clicking etc. returned to dealer (BERTERA IN PALMER>>>>THEY SUCK ) and they replaced the solenoid (spelling?) car is still doing the same thing, so will call them tomorrow. I think it's the ignition switch........ any other problems like this out there?????

If this problem wouldn't do it in front of a technician. My guess it's the starter motor itself. The dealerships don't like doing repairs on guessing especially under warranty.
If it will do this it shouldn't be too hard to diagnose. If you are unhappy with a certain dealer find another. It could have been good intentions that didn't work, T
