Hi! I need some help please! I drive a 2006 Pontiac Vibe (miles 139,331. Not sure of the engine size?) and yesterday when I went to start my car it wouldn't turn over. The dash would light up but it made an odd sound when I tried to start it. It acts like the battery died, so I tried to jump it and still nothing. I got a new battery about 4 years ago and the last time my battery died the dashboard wouldn't even light up. I checked and didn't leave any lights on or anything either. I couldn't get a clear pic of under the hood and of the battery but it doesn't look like any wires were messed up or anything. I know someone with AAA and will see if they can call for me, but thought I'd try to see if someone knew what was up before I called them. My concern is if the jump I did didn't work I'm not sure they'd be able to. From there I'd also not be sure what I'm supposed to do, do I need to take it to a shop or is it fine to drive? Not sure if this dropbox link will work but it has a video + some images so you can see and hear exactly what's happening: https://www.dropbox.com/...Ozx3IM5Gvp-Wdua?dl=0 Any help or ideas you have would be appreciated! Thank you!

If you have had that battery for four years, then you have reached it's life expectancy, regardless of whether it is the cause of the current problem, it soon will be. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
